We had a great Christmas this year! We didn't even have to wait in long lines at the mall to sit on Santa's lap since he seemed to follow us wherever we went: church, Lowes, Walmart, even McDonalds! Caitlyn and Lauren started to doubt that Santa was real because of what friends said at school, but Daddy had them believing after they heard recorded messages from Santa on the phone, and he tracked Santa's sleigh on the internet Christmas Eve. It was important to him that they believe, but to be honest I'm a little tired of Santa getting all the credit for all my hard work finding the presents! On Christmas, Pat and I spent the day downloading all the old Nintendo games to the Wii. We had a big competition to see who could win Super Mario, but we only made it to level four. We're a bit rusty, and for some reason the girls have little interest in playing. They have no idea how cutting edge those games were back in the eighties. Oh well, we're getting old!
